Redefining Gym Culture through Team-Centric Atmosphere
Previous to us, FitOneFour had never touched marketing and managed to be successful in growth. How? One step in the door and meeting anyone in the F14 family reveals its powerful culture and care for fitness. While every other gym follows the latest hype film trends, this campaign centers around the team's culture, impact, and care for their service, making F14 special and growth-focused.
This made our job fairly easy, and story-focused.

HOW THEY'RE OPENING THE DOOR
FOR NEW GYM CULTURE
FitOneFour x Myelin | Creative Partnership
At first, we were hesitant about entering the fitness space, as most gyms aren't taking risks in storytelling. Each gym looks and feels the same, but after our discovery call with Ryan at FitOneFour, we were taken back and excited about the storytelling opportunity.
Learning that Ryan had built the gym on the support of trainers first has the drive to impact his member's and trainers' livelihoods and create a family culture uncovered a lot of storytelling potential. This campaign is a two-part campaign we produced across 2021 to support a yearly marketing plan.
Once we moved through the workshopping process, we landed on a brand film to cover the bases, with a trainer film for each coach in the gym to highlight their values, impact, and legacy, strengthening the brand's overall mission of family atmosphere and the second phase we tackled a more education first approach with bite-size sound bites from each coach to humanize the brand through social media efforts.
FitOneFour has evolved to become our most sustainable partner averaging $40/video and putting a huge emphasis on collaborative planning.
